October 5 - According to the executive order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Faig Nusrat oglu Bagirov appointed an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Arab Republic of Egypt and since May 2005 in Socialist People's Lybian Arab Jamahiriya.
